how do you stop being a friged its so embaressing when you get a boyfriend and he wants you to kiss him or something but your like so not ready please help

Take things slow with him and explain the situation. Your boyfriend will be more understanding.

You should take things slowly. Eventually you's will come to trust each other. Explain the situation with him, if he really likes you, he will wait untill you feel comfortable with kissing him.
