Herbal Essence Usual does what it promises as far as shampoo and conditioner are concerned. But for total body, try Tresseme Mousse, Mousse should be applied to the ROOTS of your hair. This will give it lift from the roots creating volume. You can then take a blow dryer and blow dry you hair upside down while massaging the roots.

how does henna make you cold?
I use Thicker Fuller Hair. That's the name of it. The shampoo doesn't do anything for my hair, but the serum works great. I have not found it in stores lately but you can find it on the internet.
I also use a cheap mousse, and put the serum last.
oh, also I hang my head upside down for the last part of blow-drying.
