And saddly no this is not the firts time, actually it happens often. I dont know whats wrong with me but i get mad really easy, i mean your right about just saying ill help you later rather then punching a hole on the wall, but i dont know what got into me it was like something? last time i got really mad at my friend for making me repeat my self i punched him so hard on the chest he was out for couple mins... he was made at me for couple days but talked it over coule beers and now its all right... so i should check or see a doctor right? well thanks guys for all the help.

ok i just got a clue, beer, alchol can be like poison to some people and they really develop rage because of that, so yes, see a doctor, and be totally honest with him about everything going on in your life, maybe you just need to be by yourself for a while.

yes, I think is time for you to see a doctor. There are various things that can be the cause of your rage like taking some kind of medication, drugs, alcohol, even if your on a diet can cause some hormonal unbalance, or could be something psychological. Go to your doctor he will be able to help you, before is too late and you end up killing someone and in jail. God Bless!

I think you should go and see a doctor.Gust to be on the safe side for yourself health.Me Am not the same way but When people pissed me off I like to always hit wall or throw things that would bounce back.Am see a doctor it helping but still sacred of them.There men they seen every thing and am a lady.oops.LOL.Have a nice night try and get some sleep.Remember you are doing it for yourself.

Some anger management will help! Im glad you are willing to seek help, it's a start! And you should do it soon before something bad happens, whether you intended too or not! Imagine if your friend had fallen and hit his head on something and really got hurt!

Many people who go into rage arent really angry about the thing that ticked them off. they have other issues that come out in the rage. so your little brother might have been bugging you, but theres something more going on if you decide to beat up a wall. you might be angry about something in your past- i dont know- but a therapist might help you figure it out. if you are in school, many colleges have mental health workers available.

sounds like you need Anger Management classes
and 1:1 psych counseling
depressed with anxiety disorder?
go find out before you go to jail after next outburst

i used to have anger problems to, but i find talking to someone and writing how i feel down in a journal helped me alot. when you feel like u are going to hit someone, just walk away... go for a walk, listen to music, or go for a drive, but just get away from the situation until you cool down and can come back and talk. but yes, you should look into talking to a councelor.

r u taking steroids, if not you may want to have your hormones checked.
