Counseling and Psychology
Through academic study in counseling and professional psychology, and supervised field-based learning, students are trained to work with children, adolescents, adults, families, groups, and organizations. Learning is seen as an on-going process that incorporates both cognitive and affective dimensions. Students develop knowledge in the field of Counseling Psychology, skills of critical analysis and intervention, and an understanding of both the relational aspects of psychological intervention and the socio-cultural contexts of individuals and human problems. Coursework and clinical training foster self-awareness and an understanding of ethical and professional guidelines for practice.
Education Administrators
Smooth operation of an educational institution requires competent administrators. Education administrators provide instructional leadership as well as manage the day-to-day activities in schools, preschools, daycare centers, and colleges and universities. They also direct the educational programs of businesses, correctional institutions, museums, and job training and community service organizations. Education administrators set educational standards and goals and establish the policies and procedures to carry them out. They also supervise managers, support staff, teachers, counselors, librarians, coaches, and others. They develop academic programs; monitor students’ educational progress; train and motivate teachers and other staff; manage career counseling and other student services; administer recordkeeping; prepare budgets; handle relations with parents, prospective and current students, employers, and the community; and perform many other duties. In an organization such as a small daycare center, one administrator may handle all these functions. In universities or large school systems, responsibilities are divided among many administrators, each with a specific function.

education administration - essentially they are the "office managers" of the education field. these are people who have either taught or had some teaching background but have pursued a more administrative role. these are the people who decide things like, marketing of schools, school programs, curriculum, etc. more business oriented rather than educational in nature. usually these people work on school boards or state board of educations.
counseling psych - there is a psychology involved with prettty much anyhing these days. with these people it's about counseling. those who go into counseling do not respond to the same set of stimuli as a normal person does. there are various types of counseling all which need their own particular method of counseling, this field of study basically teaches one how to communicate with those types of people that resort to counseling
business corporate comm - these are people who draw up or write business plans, agreements, or any other aspect of the business that requires written communication
