to be honest in girls point of veiw i think they think its boring.. but some guys do like poetry. It depends on who its is. If its someone that has a ego then yes he will love it but he wont admit it

I had this poem written for me, or at least sent to me and I really liked it:

It would probably depend on the person. Some guys are embarassed by compliments, while others thrive on them.
I guess if it were me in the other guy's situation here, I would much rather have a poem written for me rather than about me.

I think thats nice, but its better the other way around. Most guys aren't so emotional kind of type. well I write a lot to girls I like back then, yes I am a poet writer. I think it is worth a try, its always common the other way. But hey, at least your a unique type of person. =)

I would be embarrassed, not liking the attention - maybe write a metaphorical poem where something else represents him, but don't make it too obvious - that way, as he thinks about it more and more he would get - that would be cool.

well first of all if he a hopeless romantic he will love it most guys dont know what to think if a member of the oppsit sex says a nice thing about them or if they will look bad in their innercical so go for it it if he has ant feelings at all he love it and be more into you than you may know

Never liked poetry. According to my horoscope, as an Aries, I'm poetic, I cannot approve that...poetry is just not my thing. If there's a poem about me, I wouldn't want to know it.

Depends. My wife wrote a poem about our love that was both sweet and exciting. I still have it on my hard drive to this day.
