Have you evr had a near death experience or know someone who has? Is it true about the white light that most people talk about? What do you recall in as much detail as possible?

I've had a near death experience, yes. And no, there was no tunnel, no white light, no fire, no darkness. I found myself in a simple stone cave sitting on the floor with a large wolf that I knew at once to be Fenrir Wolf of Norse mythology. Nothing at all was said or discussed -- nothing needed to be said. I was just... in his presence.

For the record though, I'm an atheist.

I was on the operating table and flat-lined, due to the sedatives. I do not remember anything, other than waking up in excruciating pain, because they had to give me medications to counter-act the sedatives, and a defibrillator. The only white light I saw was the ceiling lights, briefly in recovery, then blackness when I passed out from the pain.

I almost bled to death and don't remember anything. Losing consciousness and then coming to again. I had no blood pressure for quite a while. But that's just me. I believe other people's experiences with the white light. My Mom had one.
