I'm being harassed by my ex. I dumped him 5 days ago and all he does is ***** me out. He makes fun of my religion calls me a poser an evil (i'm wiccan), He stalks me when i'm at work, Calls me multiple times a day, tells me people hate me, Says being Bi is wrong, Tells me I was a waste of his time, etc.But anyways I don't know what too do I'm so scared its not funny. I really need help, I've never been this scared in my life!!!

Stalking is illegal. You need to go to the police and have what you explained above documented. Jealous, obsessive men can be VERY unpredictable and dangerous. Alert your friends and family to whats been going on if they don't already know. Check your area for a women's shelter too. They deal with this every day and can be a valuable source of information and help. Don't become a silenced victim.

Go to police and make a report. learn how to protect your self.
Don,t be scared. Tell a close friend to watch out for you, give close friend phone number only. change your phone #
If he's really bad, you may have to move. Just dont be a sitting duck. Ok Dont hurt him or his stuff leave him alone. dont talk to him. and if he comes around, and you cant get away. stay calm and plan an escape. choose people around you very carefully next time. Dont argue with him, his type likes that. always have a plan. your only defence is a plan.

Go to your nearest police station and report it! NOW! Tell your boss what is going on and have him banned form your work place.Block his phone number.Call your phone company and ask if they have this feature.Talk to your freinds and tell them what is going on.Talk with your wiccan family and tell them.Speak up before it gets to the point of violence!! Please!
