To have a human body is a blessing. To have health is even more of a blessing. To live with no hope is like living with a cancer. Cancer can be overcome but with many sacrifices. Some do not survive the ravages of a mortal sickness. For them the world looks cold and lonely yet, another child is born to deserving parents with great expectations. Be sure to spread good words, good deeds, and good actions and you will sow the seeds of hope and peace among those who have sickness.
Never give in to the darkness and you will be a light to all who know you!

It will go through some hard times until we on this rock get it through our heads that we need to unite and work collectively in order to survive as a species. That means getting rid of the outmoded concept of the nation state, and finally form a United Terran Republic (democratically ran of course).

The Bible gives a clear answer; there is trouble coming.
Look at all of the terrible things that have happened in history, and then try to think how much worse it can get. The worst period that has been recorded is the dark ages during the inquisitions of the Catholic church when millions were murdered because the refused to follow the pope's man-made laws and worship acording to his dictates. It will be worse than that.
Look at what is happening in the news; crime is getting worse, and there is a strong push toward the political right. I believe that this rightward push will lead to laws that will regulate religeous worship. Then Jesus will come.

I believe that we have the ability to somewhat control this. God repeatedly calls for repentance from His people. If we repent from the evil in our hearts, I think that the world is heading for a great revival.
But, if we don't, we will head straight into judgment.
However, the days are numbered to when our Lord, Jesus Christ will return for His church. Then the bible says that the world will experience 7 years of tribulation leading up to the battle of Armageddon and then the judgment of the Great White Throne.
Either way, it is very exciting for the believers of the living God. If you don't know Christ as your Savior, don't wait another day. All you have to do trust Him as your savior. I just want to thank God that He has provided a way for us to have eternal life with Him. Praise God!
God Bless You

The world always will surprise you. It may look like Chaos and then suddenly it works it's self out. But it looks like crazies in several countries are causing some serious problems. My guess is suddenly it will change.

For catastrophe , this world is getting ready for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The stage is set. If you are a believer this is an exciting time to be living in. We are the generation that is going to see the consummation of the ages !!! We must build up one another and encourage one another and get our hearts ready while we can.

War....and peace ... and war......and peace... and war......and peace....and...
Perhaps some of these Third World countries, getting nuclear bombs will blast their neighbors into the stone age again, but the cycle will continue: War.....peace.
It doesn't seem too likely that a superpower would blast all the problem nations to cinders, they'll probably do it to themselves first.
