This is what makes me think christianity is a crock of $hit. Before there were cameras, every single wild story you can imagine has been told and believed. Now that there is ways to prove things NO ONE has EVER done so. NEVER IN HISTORY has something supernatural happened where there is solid proof available. God is too much like a ghost. Only comes out when its creepy, dark and no one is around. You didnt actually see it but you heard a noise.

Eh, miracles died before the video camera. Probably about the time of the telegraph. As people learn more, religion isn't needed to fill in as many gaps.

I'd like to think in 100 years all these crazy religions will be looked on as quaint at best.

Wouldn't having an unquestionable completely undeniable piece of evidence defeat the purpose of freewill? It would simply be a matter of intelligence that determines your eternal existence, everyone with half a brain would choose Christianity, and any moron would deny the video. That is why, no matter how much you argue, theorize, or develop brilliant philosophies, the truth is, you have to put your faith somewhere, whether it be in the piles upon piles of "science without tangible evidence, rather theory on theory," or "religion, never 100% provable, but stands true to the tests of time." You have to eventually close your eyes and hope you're right don't you?

Luckily the Bible can't be proven a false manuscript/hoax, and in fact has miracles in it's own development! Ask me about them and I'll tell you, you don't need a camera for these ones..

I'll answer your question with another question...
What difference does it make? With the camera we have seen ufo's, men flying, light sabers, and elves; do you believe any of that?

depends on what you call a miracle. yeah there's no burning bushes out there, but were there ever? did the entire red sea really part to let moses through? know one knows because they are one person's interpretation of events that happened 2,000+ yrs ago, translated into hundreds of languages. ever watch the birth of a baby? ever have a loved one that's passed visit you in your dream? even been in love? don't know if i have but it's gotta be a miracle if you can get 2 entirely different people/personalities/quirks/habits etc to live under one roof for 50 yrs. ever watch or help someone terminally ill through the dying process? christianity isn't a crock of $hit, old bible stories are. christianity is simply a way of life that a lot of christians don't seem to follow. start something new. and let me know what you think

I think I know what you're saying. It seems that in our modern, technologically advanced world we don't document very many "miracles." Although we could categorize them in many ways, let's just take "healing-type" miracles for instance.

The way I see it, we have so much in the way of modern medicine that it makes it unlikely for us or someone we know to have been made well without being accompanied by doctors, medicine, or equipment. This fact lends itself to the belief that "supernatural" or miraculous intervention was not necessary. However, even in the medical world, there have been documented cases where a person was healed of their condition and doctors had no medical explanation for it.

In my experience, I have heard more reports of miraculous healing taking place in 3rd World countries or areas where people had little to no access to modern medicine. Hence, it would also seem to follow that neither would there be electronic recording devices accessible to document these events.

I have a mammogram that supports miracles. I had a lump was prayed for and it disappeared. Doctor was really concerned but I was not. My arm was never to be used or lifted again but due to a miracle I have full range of motion. No need for video cameras with me, I am living proof. I am willing to let you believe and think whatever you like. I will believe in what I know.

The Only living miracle is Quran now a days and it does nto die but it gets strnghtened through video camers as you can see with your own eys in this month of Ramadan that the same Quran, letter by letter, word by word is receid all over the world in its original language and it is as fresh as 1450 years ago. There is simply no parallel exmaple.Apart form numeorus other charadcxterstics of Quran, this alone can lead to guidancethose who have sinere and pure hearts. Teh God is perfectly capable of providing the guidnace to human beings and keeping that guidnace prefectly protected.

Miracles do happen its just a question of when they do it's usually unexpected hence no videocams on standby. Also, there were large crowds present at Jesus miracles and it says in the Bible that faith is needed to provide the energy for miracles to happen. In one city, the Bible says Jesus was unable to work as many miracles because the towns people's lack of faith in him.
God cannot just come out of the sky and do a miracle for us now because it would infringe upon our freedom of choice to believe what we believe, and to make that choice. Humans have freedom of choice but God cannot force us to believe otherwise we cannot supply the faith that is needed to provide spiritual consent and allow Gods energy to work in our lives.
Miracles happen to me, I just dont film them and they dont have to involve magicking something out of thin air for me to believe.
