No, not yet. They're most likely just acting tough to get more compromises out of the U.S. (ie. MONEY). We should just let the U.N. do its job (or try to) and wait.

War with Iran will not look like Iraq war...many Iraninan people support their goverment, they are afraid of US because they can see the current situation in Iraq ....Be sure that starting a war with Iran would be the start of WW3...US economy would harm so much ..

You nuts are bent on ending the world aren't you? Invasion of Iran would bring Russia into it. No they are not the power they once were, however I'd be leary of going to start a war with a little country knowing one of their backers has the worlds largest stock pile of nukes. Poor Saddam, didnt have the brains to go to China after we abbondoned him. The Iranians are upset with us and rightly so. We toppled a democratically elected government there and installed a puppet dictatorship, which was as bad as the soviets were. How about we try to deal with a mess we created years ago, would go a long way towards world peace.

Iran has a standing army, which would make the fighting fair, but you have to remember that Syria and Jordan would probably rush to defend their ally. Then they would attack Israel because we are the US's only ally in the Middle East. Even if the US did win, then you have to worry about the Jihadist's who will carry on the war, eventually turning into another Iraq.

No!! There is no need and they have not done anything that warrants it! They sure have done less than we have over the past decade!

Why do people even bring this up? The only thing we would go to war with Iraq over is to steal their oil, like we are trying to do in Iraq!

Ever seen someone blown apart! Go take a look!

While "going to war" should take some real thinking, we should remember that Iran kept Americans prisoner for over 400 days just because they were Americans.

That bill has not been paid for and it is still due.

Whether that is enough to start a war needs to be examined.

You would think that after all these years we could be diplomatic....one problem....how do we remain diplomatic with people who are FAR from it? Better to catch flies with honey?? Not in this world. A raise of hands...who would like to be the cute boy/girl to quietly walk up to Osama....Saddam....and any other mohammed-abdul-assam-malik-ali ba bwa holding an AK47 and politely asking them to withdraw their weapons because they are "hurting" people, making people "feel bad", and throwing our money away? They don't care. Wasn't that the point of us going there? BEsides oil and whatever politcal crap has been up our governments sleeves.I hate war... I HATE seeing our soldiers die. I want them to pull out of Iraq ...I wouldn't want to see them go to Iran...BUT, if they must , then they must. Lets not be iggnorant to the facts of the world....We don't live in peace and harmony, we can't live in peace and harmony...it will never happen because someone is ALWAYS going to disagree and someone will always be stubborn in their ways. And you can't change a mind set of kill, kill kill with lollipops and daisies. Whos going to throw the party and invite all the jihads or whatever they call themselves and sit them down for a long debate and ask them to sign papers???? NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Just like the war in Iraq, this would not be a good idea. More troops would die, more international problems, more terrorists, more gov't spending, and etc.

War is a waste of time and a waste of innocent lives. You would think that after all the years we would learned to solve problems through diplomatic resolution. We are supposed to be a highly civilized people but we still act like barbarians.
