Okay so theres this guy at work who i REALLY like. He came up to me and started talking to me on the first day. We work in different departments, but whenever he sees me he always says Hi. How can i get his attention to be more than just friends?

You can start by asking him to lunch one of these days. I don't see any reasons he will say no, it is just a lunch. After few times, you can see how he reacts towards you, if he is interested in you and go from there!!

Give him a bit more attention. And then ask him out with friends to go do something...Watch how he acts around u. But dont come on 2 strong....it scares guys away. Plus u have the work element as well.

Just talk to him and become good friends. Once that has happened ask him out for coffe or lunch or something like that. Thats the best advice I can give you. Good Luck!

All you have to do is just be yourself you don't have to try that hard and since you 2 talk that's a great start and stick with that it will get you a long way.

1 - try talk to him more, but not like you rush to talk to him. just talk about fun things.
2 - find out the way he goes everyday and by chance, meet him sometimes on that route
3 - pay attention to him, does he behave to you like to any other girls? this is to make sure your feelings is for a right person ^^
don't be impatient, communication is the best way.

If he is close to you and you start talking touch him a little on the hand, side stuff like that. A little will go a long way.

if ur a hottie then the best way is to just go up to him and ask 'em out, if he say's no then dudes gay.
if ur a not a hottie u would half to work at getiing his attention by showing sum skin and being really flirty.

Flash him a little and make sure to flirt with him when you see him and can be near him
Touch him in ways that he can't help but understand how you feel about him...

You need to straight out tell him if he wants to date you. Don't wait on him to ask or it might never happen, and you will be stuck wondering, what if? Not a good way to live your life.
