I went to a dance recently and my friend kept asking me if I was going with anyone, hr knew I wasn't going with anyone. Then he kep asking me to dance and sing with him and told I him "No" the first 2 times and the third I agreed, then later I went to go hang out with another friend and he seems mad/jealous because I hung out with my other friend and not him. We are best friends and seems like he wants to be more than friend. Everyone thinks we are going out and that we make a cute couple. Am I right on the way he is showing his feelings for me or something else? Please NO rude comments.
Also when ever ppl try to ask him if he likes me he always say no, but he always smiles and purposly bumps me in the hall ways @ school and at the dance. Is he lieing because he really means he doesn't like me or to cover up feelings?

i can easily relate to this one ... i was this girls best friend for 3 years ... and everyday i looked at her and i wanted to be more than just friends... but if anyone asked if i liked her .. i said no cuz i didnt want her to get creeped out and not be my friend anymore .. well after three years .. she finally gave in first and told me how she really felt .. well we started goin out... i think he likes you ... the reason he gets mad is because to him every moment with you is another moment he can get closer .. trust me I KNOW lol... and sometimes other people see things that you cant .. like all the people say your a cute couple .. well even though you may not see that .. if 20 other people do than theres gotta be some sort of truth there ... all i can say is if you really like him start flirting back .. good luck

PLEASE dont take this relationship any further. i was best friends with a guy like that who i started liking more than a friend. when he finally agreed to take it to the next level, our friendship went out the window and the relationship wasnt that great. i lost the best friend i ever had. if you value this friendship, dont take it any further- trust me. he does seem to like you only because he has your attention. dont encourage the matter any further.
