A new game called Left Behind: Eternal Forces will be out just in time for Christmas so your kids to will learn that they too can kill the unsaved

As the game’s Website says, “their choice is to either join the AntiChrist—which is an imposturous one world government seeking peace for all of mankind, or they may join the Tribulation Force—which seeks to expose the truth and defend themselves against the forces of the AntiChrist.” Gamers can themselves join the forces of darkness. When I played the evil side while visiting Left Behind Games’ bland, office-park headquarters outside of San Diego recently, I started with two soldiers in my Satanic army, one of them a Muslim named Amir Mohammed Salem.

You will find that when Christians find out about the game, they will protest. Just as they protest any other expression of hate and intolerance.

I heard about this a while ago. I'd really hoped it would get cut off before actually coming out.

To answer your question, I'd assume it's because there aren't any hookers in it.

ETA: Since this one has gotten responses, let me make this clear: I read about this game early on in the summer--perhaps May or June. There have been articles about it. More than one, and in more than one place. There's been plenty of time to be all over it. Like before it got produced and put in stores.

ETA again: Original article I read, dated 29 May: http://www.talk2action.org/story/2006/5/29/195855/959

This is the first I've heard of the game. Maybe others have not heard either.

I'm taking a class in the Apocalypse this semester. My professor is very interested in how the popular culture is presenting the ideas of the Apocalypse. I bet she'd love to know about this! I'm going to see what she thinks. This is so bizarre.

I'm not a gamer so I have no clues to the new games. However, your description would lead me to recommend that no one should play this game.

I just checked your link. Even though it is supposed to be a 'christian' game, there is nothing christian about it.

stay away from that trash

The Postal Service was all over "Postal" in a heartbeat and it is nowhere near as offensive as this one is

But...but...You keep on saying that we don't have the RIGHT to condemn. So which is it? Should we, or shouldn't we????? Make up your minds!
