Ive had guys say that im hot....BUT IV NEVER HAD A BOYFRIEND!. im really shy and talking to guys seems nearly impossible. I never want to be a loud flirty girl but how do i get a honest and good looking guy?

I'm wondering the same thing. Im very quiet and awkward and I dont have many friends. the guy I like is very talkative and social but I'm not sure if my personality is a turn off. I hope not. To answer the question of the person below me (I know it wasnt directed at me but im gonna answer anyway): I have no preference. I would like either one, a shy guy or an outgoing guy. They both have their good qualities. The only difference is how they show their qualities.

Shy girls are way better than loud mouths. To get an honest guy you will have to meet someone grounded in their beliefs about God. You will not meet wholesome, clean cut guys in bars.
You should probably start attending Church and maybe look into some Christian Singles Dating groups. Can't help you with the "good looking" part...
Just remember, if you're looking for clowns you go to the circus, if your looking for Bears you go to the woods and if you are looking for people who are at least trying to live by some moral absolutes go where those type of people might gather.....

There's nothing wrong with being shy! Like who's not shy? Just be yourself. Sounds like you're cute and choosy, that's better. I think the good guys like that.
Talking to guys may seem impossible, but it gets easier the more you practice. Besides, if you're that hot, they're prob just as nervous as you.
Never had a boyfriend? Say it like it's a bad thing. Hey, you can't help it if there hasn't been one good enough for you!

Never had a boyfriend either - I used to be shy, but now I'm a bit older and am just being myself. I really could care less now, I think, but to answer your question, you need to be yourself by talking to guys like you do anyone else - don't look at a guy and think 'oh, I wonder if he likes me or if he's the one' - just treat them like you would one of your friends and when you find you got things in common, you'll know.

I think shy girls are cute and you don't need to be loud and flirty to get someone.
As to how to get the guy you're looking for.
Just start talking to guys even if it's hard at first ,and eventually it will pull you a bit out of your shell and i'm sure you'll find who you're looking for eventually.

I used to be a shy girl.... sort of. I liked this guy and he keeps on telling people that i am hot in stuff so at last i went out with him. but then i felt that i didn't really match him so i turned him down. There is no problem in it. Just tell him how you feel and he won't think that you are that weak and shy anymore but just .... you know.

First off, I love a girl that is shy and find it hard to talk to guys, because personally I find that to be the cutest thing in the world. So dont worry because one day you'll meet a guy that will love that quality about you and not that your hot, but that your someone awesome on the inside...

Yes. If you can't communicate with a girl then it causes to many problems. If your this shy girl and you could open up to the right guy Im sure it will be fine.

no, some men really appriciate it. but boy when you get over that shyness, watch out girl (might make his head pop off) do and be you always. Loud and flirty girls only get what is going to last 5 min. not a lifetime.

i am shy as well and cannot talk to guys. but i have been told i was hot as well. i of course dont think so but they approach me and other shy girls i have noticed. its something about shy and mystery and draws them. Like i said, i never approach a guy so i just let them come to me.
