it is generally accepted that scofflaws are NOT evil they just don't follow EVERY law and think some laws are for OTHER people.lol and yes I am a scofflaw ,i speed because i think i can drive better than most ,i don't wear seatbelts cause i won't be in an accident ,i park in handicapped space cause i will "ONLY BE A MINUTE" -how is that
