I know you said you need a guys advice and all but a females is just as good.
IF you two like eachother and you have no feelings (or as strong as) towards the people you are with right now you should be honest about it. On the other hand dont go and say the reason why we cant be together is because i want your boy, just break it off with the person and see if the other person goes after you now that you are single... but think about it.... if he does it to your friend he will do it to you(maybe good chance) so if you think its worth it and he is worth it and you truly think you LOVE him then go for it but just be honest about it to your self and to your friends. If its your best friend dont bother with it cuz a good friend comes once in a blue moon and man come in a dozen
