I had to ask this one to the Christians who support the belief that angels followed Lucifer who was also an angel.

1. Do you think Lucifer has freedom of choice, when God created him to suggest evil to humans?

2. Dont you think the reason God favors humans above all His creations is their ability to chose both good and evil with their free will?

3. In the event that you answer no to 1 and yes to 2 dont you think its wrong to portray some angels as having chosen to go with Satan?

4. Last but not least, dont you think God finds it blasphemous for you to think his angels would make such a mistake?

Both angels and humans cannot have freedom of choice because God favors us over all of His creations for the very reason that we can chose good over evil.

Excellent question. The Quran which is the One and ONLY well protected divine book in its ORIGINAL language for last 1450 years and today as fresh as on Day 1 and hence a LIVING MIRACLE provides all the answers to your questions.
1) Iblees (You are calling him Lucifer) was Jin and not an angel. He perhaps many physical proerty with angels. However he had a freedom of choice and at time even agels were given freedom to eith bow doan to man or not. Angles all obeyed but Iblees (menaing hopeless in Arabic) did not. He rather became arrogant and was proud that while man is created from clay he was created from fire (Angles are created form light)
2) Yes man is superior to all creatures for his ability to choose adn to have the capacity to learn, retain and reprodce knowledge. In the first property man and Jins are equal but not in the second one. Only man is given that characterstick and when angles saw that Adam acquired all the knowledge, retained and reproudced the knowledge, they bowed down to him.
3) No angle has gone with Satan. They can't go with Satan. They pray for the good people and obey whatever the God (In Arabic Allah = the God, Al = the, Ilaha = God) commands them.
4) Absolutley the God would find it very blasphemous to think that angels are following Satan as this is an absolute lie and fabrication.

For more wider and in depth knowledge on all these areas I strongly recommend you to read Quran without biases as this is the most precious gift to the man kind from the God.

Firstly, Lucifer and Satan are actually two different angels. The first being cast from from the walls of heaven with his followers. They were created before mankind and yes there was freedom to choose. An example being when angels took mortal women as lovers and produced giant offspring that were destroyed in the great flood.
As to the second question, do we really know all that God has created? And if we realize that we don't know the answer to that question, how are we to assume therefore we rank as his most favored?
I only know that God has already told us what he finds offensive. As far as fallen angels, the bible tells us of their everlasting fate. For in truth, absence of the love and word of God, is in itself a hell.

Lucifer Is a creature of fire (Jinn) Not a creature of light(Angel). Jinns do have a choice, Angels dont they just do as they are commanded to do and Never disobey God of what He oreders them to do.

2. Lucifer can choose as well. He did chose to disobey God. So the ability to chose is not the reason why would God favor Humans over the rest. And I dont think that God favored Humans.

Angels have freedom of choice. One third of the angels followed Satan in rebellion to the Lord God Almighty. They all chose, just like we do each day. Humans are a little lower than the angels. Therefore, God doesn't favor humans unless they accept Jesus as their Savior. He is the door to Heaven. No one can go to the Father except through Jesus. By His death on the cross we are saved. As long as you admit your sins and receive the price he paid on the cross.

God's gift of free agency applies to all, mortals and angels.

1. Yes
2. Yes. We are His children.
3. One-third of the hosts of heaven rebelled with Lucifer and were consigned to the same realm as he.
4. No. Besides His son, God's greatest gift is free agency.

Last note: Angels are those of the earth, having lived as we in mortality. The angels Michael and Gabriel are Adam and Noah, to name just two of the angels.

He gave angels and humans freedom of choice. How can it be blasphemous to think an angel made a mistake. Blasphemy is against God, not His creation.

1. Lucifer has freedom of choice. Lucifer is one of Gods children like everyone on earth. God would never suggest one of his children to do evil. Then he would cease to be God.

2. Yes. And we are his children. Fathers love their kids.

3. No. Because we make our own chices. God doesn't force us to do anything. If someone came to you and killed your family you could say that is evil. If someone took many of your brothers and sisters and prevented them from returning home. You could say that is evil and that's what Satan did of his own chioce.

4. Nobody's perfect, except for Christ. Thats why Christ died for us that ALL of God's children can return home again. Angels are not people with halo's and wings. Thats what life and movies teach us sometimes. Its hard to understand these things and that's why God has always called prophets.

A Free-Will lower than Ours.
They don't have the Authority to Choose their Own Words to Speak.
That is what got Satan Kicked Out of Heaven.
satan is still doing it today.
Angels are Spiritual Angelic Servants.

There is a freedom of choice but, not as we know it. The angels were sent (Lucifer) to watch over Adam and Eve. He was furious that God loved Adam so, he rebelled and took others with him and began corrupting Eve, Adam and their children. The book of Enoch is a fabulous book to read. It has great detail of the beginning up to the end. They left it out of our bible because it is too much for one person to take. But, it fits the missing puzzle piece. Hmmm... And there is more out there too.
