Your risk of salmonella is much less (if not zero) if the egg is organic and from a hen who's free-range (rather than locked up in a pen or cage). These eggs are much richer in Omega 3 EFA (essential fatty acids) which make them (and you) much healthier.

Someone told me you gotta do it quick and get it down in one swift gulp so you don't get the yucky taste. Yes people have done it before, and yes there is a risk of salmonella, but it doesn't stop people anyway.

Ya many people like to do it in cold. Its very good medicine in winter. Just do it weekly i m sure u will not suffer from cold.
