make eye contact and then giver smile at her in the hall or while standing around. if she reciprocates say 'how's it goin' and strike up a conversation. make it interesting but let her do the talking they love to talk about themselves. right in the middle of it say I have to go sorry or something like that(leave her wanting more) then as your walking away turn around and say 'hey do you have an email' and when she says yes tell her to write it down. But if she doesn't seem interested don't bother youre not gonna convincer to like you. you got it on lock dont worry.

jus be yourself
thats all u can really do
then ask her out in due time
talk to her between classes shortly or at the end of the day or somethin
but if u dont talk to her
there will be no progress, therefor you wont be with her
simple enough
jus talk to her outside a class (no other option)

Well if you really like her you better tell her before it is too late. Tell her brother you like her and see what he says. People who wait too long are always a day late and a dollar short. Get with it.

sleep over at your friends house and when hes sleeping go in and talk to her but dont get cought by her dad

hey if you dont feel dating your friend's sister in disrespectful, then why dont you just go up to her during break or something and talk to her.. or if you're at your friends house, "accidentally" bump into her, or find something to say to her when you're at your friends house..
