Meatloaf....that may not be a fair answer since meatloaf has a number of foods as ingredients.
Bannanas......High in many vitamins and needed minerals and tastes great!
Peanuts....High in protien and the good fats that our bodies need
Beef....I am an omnivore (sp) and I love Beef
Potatoes....great food source and sourse of starch and carbs.
