If it wern't for immigrants, the only people in this country would be native americans, so no, the country couldn't survive.

Yes America would survive. Im not against people coming to America This country was built on immigration. But i think all the illegals should be forced to leave and come back again legally. Why should people benifit from America but not pay taxes to help it grow. I believe if congress passed a law that stated if an employer was caught hiring illegal aliens that person would lose their business and all their assets to the Government which would have to use that monies to help fix this problem than it would curb the hiring and slow the illegals from coming to America. My most recent job I had to show 2 forms of ID and I am white. and not to be racist tho it may sound that way but why do i have to show proof and others do not. Only in America. Would we survive YES but some employers may not get rich as fast as they would like to.

Yes, America would survive quite nicely without illegals. It also would survive without the lawbreaking employers who hire illegals.
They both should be kicked out.

Certainly. How do you think we survived before they came and caused wages to drop.
Those jobs used to be worked by high school, and college students, and people who couldn't find other work.
I worked my way through college on jobs like that.

YES, we would survive without IMMIGRANTS, and rather nicely I might add.
We'd have a hell of a lot more TAX DOLLARS to pour into programs for the
AMERICAN PEOPLE!!! ya know, we are the people who are paying out through the nose to support the IMMIGRANTS. yeah...we'll survive.

It depends on whether or not you are speaking about illegal 'immigrants' or legal ones. As it has been stated here several times, legal immigrants are welcome. We did fine before the illegals invaded our country and we would be fine again if they left.

Only without the illegal ones.The legal ones need to stay for they are Americans.
Emigration is the act and the phenomenon of leaving one's native country to settle abroad. It is the same as immigration but from the perspective of the country of origin.
