well they can find super market vegetables that are relatively good how ever if you had the choice to but either expensive health food or cheap unhealthy good tasting foods, most people have grown up on convenience foods so their choice is unanimous. it is a sad realty that we don't have healthier options for the less fortunate ppl.

Sure. That's the proposal at the back of falling costs. The cost of houses has fallen in big aspect seeing that we overproduced them for the period of the bubble years. Now with costs so low production organizations don't seem to be going to be constructing such a lot of new houses, finally what'll occur is that the quantity of property owners will capture as much as the quantity of houses and costs will return up. It's referred to as a marketplace correction.

Most so called healthy foods are not any healthier than anything else, some actually have higher calories and more processed sugars. Best way to get healthy is to reduce carbohydrates, cut back on waste and fiber products like lettuce, and eat more proteins and fats. Proteins are essential for body development and energy, and can't turn into fat; fats themselves help you feel full and you will burn fats first.

There are places that have cheap eats. All it takes is one of those special grocery store discount cards.
Some have deals where you can buy two to three bags of Ready PAC Romaine lettuce for $5 to $6.
Or just buy the lettuce right off the rack with the tomatoes.

There are so many ways to cut down on other things to eat right..I got so p*ssed off today at the market, a lady was buying ALL this junk food..expensive a large bag of doritios=a lb. of organic veggies, and she bought a huge amount of porterhouse steaks anyway she paid with food stamps.
You can eat well on any budget, just cut down on entertainment costs, or other things..health comes first!

I know that's right. I need to eat "healthy" because of a medical condition and I find that being 23 it's not easy to have all of the money that I need to eat the foods that help me feel better.

There are certainly ways to eat better and even CHEAPER than hot dog and mac's. Check out the site below, and don't forget.......even a small garden can be grown on WINDOWSILLS, for supplementation on a diet such as below. I follow this somehwhat but do alter all the sugar and sodium. However, beans and rice together make a COMPLETE protein.

I dont think we can afford it. I remeber reading in the paper that the reason that many homeless are fat is because they cant afford any healthy food and buy the cheap junk food.

Don't go organic if you're on a budget. The vegetables in the supemarket aren't that much.
Perhaps the question should be: "can we afford not to?"
