Also, yes there are ways to increase your hair growth, I am just looking for additional ideas.

Well she should condition her hair well!!! thats a big must and well being extremely careful that her hair doesnt break b/c when she untangles her hair she might be braking it . Plus by cutting her ends every 2-3 months maybe she can prevent split ends which can also damage hair and not let it grow!!! Get a good hairstylist that is an expert on curly hair!!!

I'm assuming you mean how she gets it longer than it already is. Well, if that's the case, then make sure she gets alot of trims. A trim every six weeks should be fine. Buy a full line of hair products devoted to moisturizing, especially hair cream. However, make sure she doesn't over wash it. Every other day should be fine, so that the natural oils can help out too. As for her diet, just have her eat a walnut or two a day. The oils in the walnut improve the thickness of hair, and it is good for your skin as well.

well for one don't go cheap on hair products! Get the good stuff! Don't let anyone tell a girl who has "black hair" or anything close to it to wash it every other day! That just takes most of the natural moisture out of her hair! Wash it every week. Only once a week will do! use a product line from Jane Carter! She specializes in all hair types and textures! Her web site is http://www.janecartersolution.com. All of her products are very good and natural! Easy to use and your daughter should also go to a salon that caters to her hair texture and hair type! Everybody that has a salon can't grow hair! I learned that the hard way! Also have her take vitamins! They help alot!

It's doubtful that the fact that your daughter is bi-racial has anything to with your daughter's hair not growing. It's probably genetic. And you can't "get hair to grow". It's probably growing, just not a quickly as you'd like.

all of us have very curly hair in our relatives. Why won't be able to you wash it each morning? it is the only way we've got here upon that works or you finally end up with very disheveled and frizzy hair. Use a shampoo and separate conditioner for her hair type. additionally using a weekly in intensity conditioning scientific care additionally facilitates lots. putting too lots gunk on her at certainly one of those youthful age can and could make her scalp flaky and itchy.

A good moisturizer and only wash it depending on how oily it gets. Oils help the hair grow but too much oil is not good.

Tell her to wash her hair once a week. Keep her hair greased/oiled. Stick to a shampoo/ conditioner that works for her hair. Wrap her hair at night and don't pull or get her hair styled to tight.

Your daughter being bi racial has nothing to with her hair not growing. Everyone's hair grows duh. If she is healthy her hair is growing. What's probably happening is that her hair is breaking off faster than it is growing. Try taking better care of it. Ohh and WATER IS THE PUREST FORM OF MOISTURE, NOT GREASE, GREASE IS NOT MOISTURE. I wash my hair with conditioner every single day.
