What is a good women's weight training glove?

Not specifically for women, but I really like the Grizzly Grabber:

I always found gloves to be difficult to take off again and they cut off circulation to my fingers. The Grabbers leave your fingers entirely free. Also weight gloves never cover the part of my fingers that tended to hurt from the weight on the bar. The Grabbers work perfectly for me.

Though both of those sites seem to have no way of selecting which size. I have big hands and the vendor that I ordered mine from years ago originally sent me the small size - didn't work for me at all. With these too big is better than too small.
