This is the second time he said he would and did'nt, the third time he pretty much left it up to me to call him. He called on his own ONCE. I really wish I did'nt have to appear so needy and possibly desperate in order to get his attention. Should I tell him that? What should I say? It's only been a week since he gave me his number. I don't know, HELP? I just got out of a four year relationship where we did'nt have these problems!

don't wanna be the bearer of bad news, but maybe he's just not into you. I can say for experience that if i truly liked a girl, i'd want to call her, talk to her, hear her voice whenever i could. (in a non-stalkerish way) but that's just my 2 cents.
