Dogs do not get pregnant until they ovulate. Once they ovulate, and are fertilized, it takes about 63 days until the puppies are born.
Common signs of pregnancy are swollen vulva, enlarged nipples, sickness, and change in attitude.

Her breasts/nipples will become enlarged and swollen, and then "drop". Eventually milk will produce and begin to leak. Dogs stay pregnant for only 60 - 65 days (2 months) before giving birth. So, count 60 days ahead from when they mated, and you'll know when she's due. Hope that helps.

There is no way to tell right away. You can take to the vet in 3 too 4 weeks and they can do an ultra sound. Takes about 55 to 60 days to deliver pups.
