Mine was $150 for 30 minutes... with DVD of the whole thing and 4 "best" pictures.
My doctors office does them for 75 bucks, but you have to have the doctors permission and from what I read in their brochure they are about 15 minutes with no DVD.

Prices depend on where you live, how long you want it, if you want it set to music, etc. A friend of mine had one done and she said the prices start @$150 and up. To be honest, I watched hers and was NOT all that impressed! Before you do it ask to see one. Oh, and you can get video from the old school ultrasounds that your dr office will do so, just a thought. it depends on where you live....i had mine done just last thursday (i am 30 weeks) and it cost $149....for that i got a 25 minute session, 8 color photos, 10 black and white photos, and a DVD of the whole procedure...
i would wait until you are a little farther along though,...the baby is just now starting to put on baby fat, looking at him/her now will make you think something is wrong because it will be so thin.....

mine was $185. if you really want to see what the baby is going to look like, you should wait until you are between 28 and 32 weeks. otherwise you are spending a lot of money just to determine the sex of the child.

It varies from doctor to doctor on the price. I would just call and ask, where I go it is about $400.
