No its not God who is still learning its the people in this world who are still learning. Because I believe that God is all powerful so who would he be learning from? Also I don't believe God makes mistake or anything like that. So to your question i say no, God is not still learning it is you and me that is still learning. And since God created ALL things then he cant make mistakes.

That is a good question but easy to answer. God is not still learning because he is all knowing, therefore the does not nee to learn because he knows all things. The bible says that he know the begining to the end.

God is omniscient meaning all knowing. There is no learning curve for the All-mighty.

God has never learned anything. It would be contrary to His omniscient nature. From all eternity He has known everything that can possibly be known.
