I don't think legally 15 is too young to stay home alone. You can call social services, though, and find out.
I'm wondering why you want to turn your mom in, though. If she's homeschooling you, isn't she there with you most of the time? Or do you mean, she leaves you there all day while she works and you study at home? Or is she leaving you to go party and do bad stuff? Can you give us a little more info? (You are talking about YOUR mom, right? Not a friend's mom?) Does your Dad live with you? Do you have any siblings?
Please tell us how you are doing, OK?

Yes, that is too young to stay home alone. If there was an older sibling...17 or 18 then maybe. But leaving a 15 year old at home alone who has raging hormones and is not terribly responsible is a joke

Man, I was staying home by myself since I was ten-years-old, and I've never had any problems with it. No, I don't think that fifteen is too young because the parents should give you more responsibility. If you're frightened to stay home alone, then I think that's alright too, it just depends on how you feel about it.
No, I don't think you can report a mother for making her teenager stay home alone, especially if she feels that they're ready.

15 really isn't too young at all to stay at home alone, many parents work late to provide for their families. But doesn't seem quite right if the parents are just always out playing that late every night and having nothing to do with their child.

I don't think 15 is too young to stay home alone. I've been staying home alone since I was 12. You're safe in your house, no matter how young you are (within reason).

No, 15 is not too young. But your name implies that you are very young for your age, immature, irresponsible, and have an attitude. I'm wondering why you are at home every day till night. You must not go to school. That makes me wonder what happened there. You don't give enough information to expect anyone to be able to answer your question.

no. simply put: no. haha, no one can report you because it's not illegal for someone 15 to stay at home. hell my little brother stayed home when he was 8. same with me. it's not a law, unless the child is say too young to take care of himself properly, like an infant or baby, then yes it could be considered neglect. that's bad. but 15, haha, no! peace.
