i like one of my good friends, i have for many years now. he used to like me to but then he got a gf, anyhow one of my friends said i should tell him, but to me that seems like it would be inappropriete. agree??? disagree???

He has a girlfriend. Respect that and do not say anything. You should have told him earlier, however if the relationship ends you may have another chance. If you tell him, what good will come from it. You may end up losing him as a friend if he feels awkward. If he is faithful to his gf, you can't gain anything from telling him. If he cheats then you will just be a hoochie mama to him. Don't do it.

I think it would be inappropriate to tell him while he's with someone. Keep being a good friend, and when he's single again if you're single too and you still feel the same way, that would be the time to discuss it.

If you tell him there is a fifty-fifty chance he'll have feelings for you. If you don't tell him that lowers your chance to nothing. Tell him. You wont scare him away just by telling him you like him. And if he doesn't have feelings for you right now, telling him would make him think about his feelings for you. Who knows? It could very easily turn out in your favor. Go for it!

not only should you tell him, but show him, just get him alone and show him just how much you do like him, and how good you are, if you are good that is, then he will make his dicesion, if you steal him away, he is yours, if he wants you on the side, then well its up you you, if you can share him...

I don't think you should tell him. Number one, he has a girlfriend. Number two, if you tell him it could possibly ruin the friendship.
