Tae Bo works for me, but am looking to try something new. Im thinking of trying turbojam or slim in 6. Anybody try those? I am trying to lose post-pregnancy weight. What programs helped you lose weight? Thanks!

You seem to enjoy the faster paced workouts, try body pump. IF you like to dance get some poppin workouts. There are so many out there you can find something for anything you like. Dynamix is where I go for fitness music but they have a great choose of videos as well

I recommend pilates. It is very effective and u start feeling and seeing the results withing two weeks, once u stick to the routine and eat healthy diet.
