Um there is a huuuuge difference between the word like and the word love. If he has a girlfriend, just back off and find a single guy. How would you feel if you were dating him and he was in love with you and some girl came along that he liked and pushed you over and started dating him? I don't think you would be happy, so just stay away.

always smile and be nice to him and any and everyone he knows and sees you with...
and do things for him..
little things..that will make him notice you..and think about you all the time...
maybe buy him lunch, ask him if he would like to go to the movies just as good friends...and keep your distance, but make yourself slightly close o him so if he decides to HOLD on your right there...
there are so many things you can do to make him notice you...be yourself
