I know of a way but I am not gonna tell you because you shouldn't be getting hickeys in the first place! I am assuming you are young due to the fact you stated "hide them from your parents"

put a spoon in the freezer and wait until it gets really cold. Then put the spoon on the hickey. It'll help get rid of them faster. Because all a hickey is, is a bruise. And the cold will help to circulate the blood and make it go away alot quicker.

Get a mascara brush and get all the gunk off it. Rub it over and over across the hickey and it'll disappear. It will be red for a time, so you can put an ice cube on it for about 15 seconds every minute and it'll clear right up.

Put a Metal Tablespoon in the freezer and let it freeze then place it on the hickey and rub it in a clockwise motion. It should ease some of the blood gathered in that area of the kneck

If you get a fine tooth comb and rub it against the area it will go away, the hickey is just a bruise and you need to get the blood circulating to that area.

i heard to freeze a spoon and then hold it against the hickey. as for hiding it, they'll know you're acting weird, however depending on where you live and how you dress, you could get away with a turtleneck, but that's an old coverup.

i wish there were a way to cover them up. makeup actually makes them look worse. the only things you can do is wear scarves or turtlenecks. try putting ice on the hickey or combing it with a fine toothed comb. it might make it dissapear quicker, that's what i've heard anyway.

The best way to hide them is to wear some toner on the spot and make sure you put enough on there to blot it out for the moment.

Concealer, green concealer you can get it from the grocery store. Green counter acts the color red. If it doesn't cover it up completely it'll just look like a bruise with the green stuff. My friend had to do this once.

um, lol, you really cannot hide them. usually turtlenecks if they are low enough, but when parents see turtlenecks day after day they pretty much know what is going on... maybe a scarf if you usually wear them? a wide choker? oh boy, maybe you should just spend a week at a friends house... good luck.
