I really enjoy pounding my meat every now & then, but when I get too exhausted to finish the job, my husband gladly takes over, pounding & pounding with his big tool. If he's not home, I resort to my wide array of meat pounding tools, & get one that runs on batteries, which will do all the work for me. If you don't have any tools for emergencies, then you better get to the store & get some, or use beard trimmers.

Place the meat between two large sheets of plastic wrap....give it a few hard whacks with your pounding tool....also make sure the meat isn't to cold this makes it tougher to work.

..depends on what kind of meat and what cut of meat you are talking about..not all meat needs this done... your alternative is to buy meat tenderizer.. it's in the spice section of your grocery store! (or just buy thinner cuts of meat...or have the butcher at the grocery store cut them thinner)
Good Luck! Enjoy!

Buy a more tender cut from the market. Less pounding and tenderizing required.

lolololol so you like native americans better than white men. only kiddin! buy a metal meat mallet, it tenderizes the meat much faster, also if its a large thick piece you can butterfly it open first.
