No, I think that's the best place for it. Think of the possibility of a dog or cat hunting for food in your trash, they could choke!

well I dont think its bad...If you are wondering about the sperms. Anyone doesnt need to flush plastic down the toilet >>Just to be hiding it or something. If you were trying to hide it >>I would wrap it up in toilet paper and put it deep into the trash can.

"Bad"...?

Anyway-- if you occasionally flush a rubber down the toilet, it won't hurt anything. But if you flush them down on a nightly basis, it could (and probably will) cause plumbing problems. Throw them in the trash. If that makes you paranoid, then put them in a paper bag and throw the bag away in another dumpster.

Well, it creates quite a mess at the sewage treatment plant because workers have to get down in the basins and clean out all those rubbers from the pumps and other machinery.

It's not degradable, nor is it "approved" for septic systems. I doubt just one would really clog your pipes but I guess it could.
Your best bet is to wrap it in tissue and throw it in the trash.

Why not just wrap it in kleenex? I wouldn't think it is Bi De meltable! I say yes and don't do it any more.
