even though you have a girlfriend, I really like you.

Spookysickness's sentence is wrong. The translation would be "I like you but I have a girlfriend."

Kanojo ga itemo, anata no koto ga sukidesu.
(Literally, even though you have a girlfriend, I like you)

Spookysickness's sentence is wrong.
Anata ga suki koredemo, ga-rufurendo ga imasu.
("I like you, even so, I have a girlfriend" or something alike)

Someone asked a similar question before...

Here are my answers:

ichuunoonna (いちゅうのおんな) = girlfriend
kanojo (かのじょ) - can also mean girlfriend
koibito (こいびと) = lover, sweetheart

Ga-rufurendo works, as well as "kanojo".

edit:
Boyfriend: bo-ifurendo

Anata ga suki koredemo, ga-rufurendo ga imasu.
