Does your question apply to all 12+million illegals in this country or just a few that you know. When they come here to the USA illegally or over stay their visa they know that they are in violations of the laws and they know that if they get caught , they will get deported, they know that. So whats the problem, they have to go back, that the law.

Since I'm an American, I would probably be very glad to return to the country of my birth, so yes.

But if I was from one of the various 3rd world cess pools I'm sure I wouldn't want to go back.

But the problem of course is, there are 6 billion people on this planet, and we simply don't have room for them all. We have to draw the line somewhere.

And I think that somewhere is with CURRENT US LAW.

No--- thats why we have laws, to make people do what they should do but do not want to do.

Well, in the first place, you cannot compare decent Americans with this scenario.
I like the way you say, "Go back to your country"!

Blame your parents for bringing you into this country illegally. Do the crime, pay the price.

Besides, you love Mexico, don't you?
