Garnier Fructis. The, I believe , one with a blue circle. It will say 'For hard-to-grow long hair' or something like that.

Garnier Fructis seems to work well. It also depends on what kind of hair you have. Curly, straight, fine or thick...shampoos are much more specialized than they used to be. I like mixing it up and using different kinds so I don't get bored. Also, be gentle with your hair; use your fingertips to gently massage the scalp to help circulation and hair growth. ALWAYS comb from the roots up to prevent breakage. Don't over-do it with blow-drying or straightening methods, both of which dry and damage hair. Use a leave-in treatment or apply a hair mask once a week for extra conditioning.

I have hair past my waist and I use anything from Suave, to thermasilk, finesse, I think the main key is to keep it trimmed regularly..not what type of shampoo/conditoner you use. It has always worked for me....
