uh, sure. as always, there is a give and a take. choose sodium free, or low soduim products, along with low sugar, and fat, as well as exercising regularly without overdoing it. when you get into shape and keep working out to keep your intakes balanced, then your weight should stabalize. theres not really a diet where you can eat as much as you want without losing weight without some loss of calorie intake. dont calorie count, or you will get discouraged.
remember, being in shape does not nessicarily mean being thin. there are many heavy-set people that are in better shape than the tiny people. many more people who are in shape are larger because they are then concerned about their health and weight. good luck! :)

I dont understand how that could be a diet. I think its more like exercizing the right amount. I lived with two guys in college and they ate the worst foods everyday and every night had a huge bowl of ice cream. One swam two hours a day and rode his bike to school and the other was on the college ski team and they were both in great shape. So, yes you can eat as much as you want and still be in shape. You just have to workout a lot.

it would seem that if you ate as much as you want, whenever then you have to exercise more often than most to keep the weight off. this can't be good for your body. maybe eating healthy, small portions several times during the day is the best way to go. i mean, you could eat mcdonalds and taco bell all day or a ton of candy bars and work out excessively at the gym. doesn't mean its good for your body to do so.

To keep your weight at present level, you must burn off the calories you consume every day. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you eat. I have successfully maintained my desired weight of 115 lbs by counting calories. A book showing the calorie content of foods is a helpful way to do this and they can be found in any bookstore.

it's mainly all about your metabolism. But no..you can't just eat whatever you want no matter how much you excercise, you gotta have balance and you need to get all the nutrition your body needs from eating healthy foods. It's ok to eat junk food once in awhile but I wouldn't be doing it all the time

I lost a lot of weight by walking 2 miles a day and giving up my ultra low fat diet. It was amazing. So it's possible, but I can't tell you why it worked!

Absolutely, you can. Eat smaller portions, and exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. If you lift weights and gain lean muscle (by not lifting heavy), you will increase you metabolism. Be sure to drink at least one half gallon of water daily as well.

Sure! Your shape would be a circle. But I have chosen a triangle. It's just as good.

You can what ever you want, however, to maintain health, you need to eat a balance of carbs, protiens, and fats combined with proper exercise.
