a guy, middle 20s, with no kids, doesnt smoke, or do drugs, has not been in jail, lives in a 3 bedroom, two bathroom house with a portch, owns 3 vehicals, has basically a steady but not overly high paying job but a paycheck everyweek, and his own insurence?

What about the important things? Does he have a sense of humor? How does he treat other people? Is he intelligent? Look at the person inside the skin. That is the important part.

it depends on his personality... being that he owns a house already, I would think that he's looking for a family to fill it...
get to know him, and if he's a good person, and you still like him like that, then ask him out...
one big thing. Don't play games. almost all men hate that. my ex did that, and that's why we broke up. I would have done anything for her, and then she started with the games... I told her that i don't like that, and she said she wasn't playing any games... so we broke up.
