depends on how long the girls been friends? and how close they are. well, either way they're not going to be friends. did she break up with you or you break up with her?

Hmmm ok, I'm going to work this one out as I answer. It should be interesting.

First issue-her and her friend...You need to evaluate how close they are to each other. Keep in mind that girls usually talk about everything (ever watch sex in the city?). Is there some bad stuff her friend could have told her about you? More important than whether you would date the friend of your ex, would she date the ex of her friend!? This is something you first need to evaluate.

Next, the issues of bf's are REALLY complicated. You need to be really honest with yourself in this field. Don't try to flatter yourself, you absoultely have to know one way or another whether she likes you or not. Girls have a habit of being attatched to their bf's no matter how crappy they are. Is he an ___ or is he someone that bores her (too nice, wishy washy, etc.). Best advice, start flirting with her and see how she responds to this.

Last, you're concerned about hurting your ex's feelings. This all depends on how attatched she was to you and the terms of the breakup. There is a good chance that by dating her friend she might be pissed at her, but then again, if she didn't like you mutch, she might just tell her friend bad stuff about you when the friend asks whether she should break up with the bf for you.

Best of luck!

You had to be a guy......are you trying to prove something or what?? you trying to prove that you could date both girls if you want to? you want to prove that you can break up a couple?? Leave the girl alone, she has someone, and she probably doesn't like you, since she has a boyfriend......Go find someone else......you are so selfish, leave the 2 friends keep being friends, and let that girl keep her boyfriend, she is with him, she must have some feelings for him.....Jeez, all you guys always want to screw every single girl, grow up.....

Just leave it alone. She has a boyfriend, and it would not be good to come between friends.
