It all depends on the girl. some women look fantastic with an Industrial and some don't, some can pull of a Labrette and some can't. A women can be sexy with none what so ever. Depends.

I know you asked for guys, but hey, I'm bi...
I think piercings are very sexy, regardless of sex. But when it comes to women, regardless of the number of holes, the total piercing needs to be a little subtler. My personal favorites of girls:
- Nipples (one or both)
- Nose stud and loop but only if you're Goth/Punk
- Tongue ring (very cute and adds to the fun)
- Belly Button if you have a flat belly
- Christina (a genital, look it up at bmezine.com)
- A fair amount of metal in the ear, meaning at least one to as many as you can fit
But these are just my personal preferences.

It depends. Belly button (on a flat stomach...not a belly that looks like a lump of dough with a thumb hole in it). Maybe a single, small stud in the nose...maybe. Earrings...no more than two or three..and not the ones that look like fishing lures either.
The tongue, eyebrows, lips, and nips...they don't do it for me. The same with tattoos on a chick...be conservitive. Then again...that's just me.

You know i like this girl and she got a piercing on her upper ear..and i felt like i like it...yes its sexy but not on the nose or lips because that's stupid.

I don't seem to notice or care about them that much. If you do get a piercing, the only place for it is your earlobe. Maybe your belly button too, but anywhere else is kinda wierd.
