Should i get a really cool laser?

Im trying to save up around $200 to buy a really cool laser pointer from www.wickedlasers.com this laser can burn holes in trashbags, and pop baloons, its range is about 30 miles, and it has some kind of open cut healing power, you can see the beam even at daytime!!!
