Its just a male thing. They most want to protect us as god intended them to do, not hurt us or see us hurt it goes against the original plan.

She fell & stopped respiratory. We very nearly lost her that afternoon. The paramedics did a astonishing job. She is advantageous.

I hate to see girls cry, they look so sad - all I want to do is see that smile back on her beautiful face! Well for me it is something special actually when a girl cries with me because there are so many girls that are ashamed of letting their feelings show, it shows that they trust me enough to allow themselves to display that much emotion. And YES it does activate that protector-kind of feeling.

well its probably because the guy made her cry in the first place...and it makes you feel bad because you know if you care about the person then you never want to see them cry.

just so you know i am a girl but i think we should be able to cry in front of our boys cuz if they are true bf's they should help us when in need. it may make them feel kinda guilty that we are crying so they don't like watching us cry. who honestly likes watching others cry.

All guys are different about it. Some will try to comfort a girl about it or some will get mad and frustrated about it. Usually they will comfort you because they care, if they are frustrated with you then that means that they just want you to grow up about it and not to be immature.

Either annoys them or it makes them feel powerless to help which goes against a decent guy's need to feel like a protector.

I think they don't know what to do. They are helpless. Guys don't feel comfortable when girls cry.

women have a "mothers instinct" and guys have a "guardian instinct". girls react to comfort a person in pain and a guy feels he must protect the person and keep them safe. to answer those questions just think how you feel when you see a baby crying and that is close to how we feel.
