A man lives on the twelfth floor of an apartment building. Every morning he takes the elevator down to the lobby and leaves the building. In the evening, he gets into the elevator, and, if there is someone else in the elevator -- or if it was raining that day -- he goes back to his floor directly. Otherwise, he goes to the tenth floor and walks up two flights of stairs to his apartment.

he is a midget. he cant reach the 12 button, only the 10. if someone else in in there, they can push it for him, and if it is raining he will have an umbrella with him, which he can use.

He only goes to the 12th floor if someone else is riding in the elevator or he has his umbrella with him because he's a dwarf and can't reach the 12 button on the elevator. The 10 button is the last one he can reach.

He is a midget. If it is raining, he can use his umbrella to push the buttons. Otherwise, he needs someone else in the elevator to push the button for him because he can't reach them. He can only reach the 10 button so he would have to walk the last two flights.

the man is a dwarf.. he is not tall enough to touch the no 12 button.. so if there is someone else or he bring umbrella because of rainy fay, he can directly go to twelfth floor (use someone else's help or the umbrella to touch the button). if not he can only touch no 10 button and walk from 10 to twelfth floor.
