I take Cymbalta and I feel it is a God send. Yes, there are times I have insomnia, but the Cymbala keeps me from wanting to go to sleep forever. I found that after I got used to the medicine (within 1 mo) In was able to sleep again. On the nights that I can't, I take Excedrin PM and a cup of tea and it helps. Herbal I think is not recommended for use with depression medicine. Try a cup of" sleepy time" tea after the Excedrin. It might help you.

Okay. First off Cymbalta is the WORST and so much AWFUL antidepressant EVERY INVENTED. I was once on it for despair/anxiousness. And considering of Cymbalta (and it was once DEFINITELY the poison.. I imply treatment.), I have a lot more extreme anxiousness sickness, and panic assaults. It created 2 of the worst reviews of my lifestyles (a general practitioner defined it as a cardiovascular-threatening enormously extreme panic assault, either one of them. So I now have scar tissue on my center. And I'm fortunate I did not increase a gap, considering the scar tissue was once from my center establishing to slowly increase a gap in it). Yes, that is how unhealthy the panic assaults had been. Life THREATENING. So do not risk it. Please, for Buddha, Allah, God, Zeus, Aphrodite, the gods of the solar, the moon, and the celebrities, DON'T TAKE CYMBALTA. It has withdrawal results so chew a tiny peice off (tiny) day-to-day and throw it out and take it. bit the identical quantity off and toss it day-to-day till you're off the ****. Ugh. Psychiatrist who prescribe Cymbalta are mom f-u.c.king morons.

I currently take 30mg a day because I suffer from insomnia I also take 125mg of Seoquel at bed time but this is just what works for me. You will need to speak toy your doctor about what might help you sleep since lack of sleep adds to depression
