Five days is too long to deal with a maniac episode by your own. You need a team... make it with your doctor: Talk to your doctor and explain to him/her exactly how you feel. Maybe an adjustment on your medications will help, but just a professional will know.
Tell the closest person you have exactly how you feel. You might not be on the best condition to make decisions. That person could help you
Best wishes

Not sure if you are on any meds now, but if you are & you drink, it could be a lethal combination.

Although you quit drinking 5 months ago and don't want to go that route, your manic state could leave you VERY vulnerable to drink again--or worse.

For your sake, get yourself to a dr or ER ASAP.

Call your dr immediately. If you can't get your dr go to the ER. You need to come down soon or you may go back to drinking. They may be able to adjust your meds or give you new meds to stableize you. Good luck.

See your family doctor first then be referred to a mental health professional like a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.

You should really contact your doctor. I was once manic for months straight. I started drinking again during that period. There is help out there, just call.

You need to go to the ER, see someone in psych, take care of the mania mood swing, otherwise it can spell real trouble.
