Where do you get the rennet? What kind of cheese did you make and how simple was the recipe?

I've made mozzarella, you buy the curd and form it yourself in hot water... I've also made ricotta salata, but its made with lemon juice, not rennet. You may be able to purchace rennet over the net, and if you cant find it there, check with a local cheese shop. They may even sell you a small bit of theirs to experiment with.

You get rennet from specialty stores. Ask in your pharmacy too.
The recipe i made was for cheddar. It came OK. You may be dissapointed in the amount of cheese you get from, say, a gallon of milk.
