The DVD player on my Panisonic Combo TV is locked? PLEASE HELP!!!?

The dvd player on our combo tv has been locked... we have no idea how this happened, and we have no idea how to unlock it. The model number(if this helps) is PV-DF275. we have checked the owners manual and every thing, and could not find it. If you know ANY THING that might help, please ancer. Thanks!!!

I suggest going to the Panasonic website for customer support before someone tells what they "think" might work and you completely stuff it up.

locked in what way? if the drive is locked, stick a pin in the hole on the drive. if the firmware doesn't function, just take it back
