Pavlova is a popular dessert. It's kind of like a meringue, then they put fruit and stuff on it. Simply Australian sells a thing called Pavlova Magic that's sort of a shortcut.

Wombat. And if no wombat is available, then we eat possum.

What kind of question is this? Non-indiginous Australian's (and many indiginous Australian's) eat what everyone else in the Western world eats for dessert.

Cheesecake, pavlova, and fruit salads (especially in the summer) are probably the most favoured desserts.

Indiginous Australians (who are still living traditional tribal lives)? I'm not sure, there would be a variety of sweet plants and particular parts of them such as roots, and berries, etc and I think bush honey in many parts especially in North-Eastern Australia.
